Francesco and his father Salvatore ‘il maestro’ were amazingly kind, friendly and helpful. They spoke every European language and treated everyone like family. The food was some of the best we had in our two week trip to Sicily. Perfect location to visit Tindari and the black Madonna for you Montalbano fans! The church was worth the visit. Great agritiurismo location near a beautiful stretch of beach. Quiet and comfortable.

Lucrurile pozitive ce le-am apreciat: - curatenia, atat in camere dar mai ales pe teritoriul complexului, inclusiv la plaja. Merita o apreciere aparte gradinarul / echipa de gradinari. - starea generala a complexului - ofera o atmosfera placuta propice unui concediu de calitate - mancarea a fost foarte gustoasa, chiar daca nu era o lista foarte lunga de feluri. Putine, dar bune. - atitudinea personalului a fost exemplara. M-au ajutat cu solicitarile ce le-am avut in plus, cum ar fi prelungirea sederii, late-check-out, informatii despre puncte turistice din zona, - plaja privata, unde iti era alocata umbrela si sezlonguri. Deci nu am fost martori ai vanatului de sezlong-uri la orele diminetii. - cafeaua din restaurant-ul All Inclusive - cred ca este unul dintre putinele restaurante all-inclusive in care cafeaua servita la aparatul de cafea cu autoservire este buna. - animatori - nu ma asteptam sa gasesc o echipa atat de mare de animatori. Pacat ca nu prea cunosteau engleza.

Location was perfect, fantastic. Beautiful views, calm and relaxed atmosphere. Georgio was so nice, perfect host. We couldn't be happier and would stay here again. The breakfast was just right, yogurt, fantastic croissants, fresh fruit...We had dinner at the restaurant 3 nights, all excellent meals. The property is very well maintained, farm house feel but modern...very serene

10/10! Mimma and Antonio don’t run a hotel — they offer something far more special: an authentic Sicilian experience, the kind usually reserved only for family members and close friends. Those who are willing to embrace the Italian language (and use a translator when needed) will have no trouble communicating with them. We shared many heartfelt laughs together. They also have two sweet truffle dogs and a black cat named Romeo. The dogs welcome everyone, are very well behaved, and run around the property but never entered the apartment where we stayed. Both are artists, and Mimma has adorned the entire property with her beautiful artworks. This creates a truly unique and enchanting atmosphere. Keen observers will even spot her pieces in various places across Sicily. They care for every guest with genuine warmth and go out of their way to make everyone feel truly welcome. Their hospitality turns a simple stay into an unforgettable experience. Important note: Good communication is essential — they can only help if you ask. The pool was the only one we encountered during our four stays in Sicily that was consistently spotless, completely free of leaves and insects. The view is breathtaking, and the entire pool area is impeccably maintained. The included traditional Sicilian breakfast is excellent, especially Antonio’s homemade spreads. However, the real highlight is the optional (extra charge) regional specialties they offer: a wonderful selection of goat and cow cheeses, their own olive oil, freshly prepared lemon salad, delicious bruschetta, and much more. It’s definitely worth planning a little extra budget to fully enjoy everything they have to offer — a rare opportunity not to be missed. There is so much more to discover, and with a bit of luck, Mimma and Antonio will personally show it to you. If you’re looking for real Sicilian hospitality rather than just accommodation, this is the perfect place. Absolutely recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sweet little 2 room and bath apartment, just perfect for three of us. There is only an ac unit in the bedroom, but they had a fan to help circulate the air in the kitchen where the 3rd bed was. The hosts were very helpful in helping us get oriented to find everything we needed while in Falcone.

We booked half of the villa (Calipso part) and it was amazing! It was perfect for our group of 9 friends, but could accommodate even more. The location is great, very quiet, safe, close to the beach, and just a short walk/drive to the town. The villa had everything we wished for: comfortable beds, enough bathrooms, many chilling areas (garden, terraces, balconies, outside dining area with grill and oven, etc.), large and well equipped kitchen, dinning rooms, living room, washing machine, and so on. Angela is an amazing and lovely host, the communication was very smooth and she even treated us with some self-made delicacies on a couple of occasions! We highly recommend both the villa and Angela as a host!
