Hotels with Parking in Filetto

Lovely room with terrace, very good breakfast, great host. Thank you!

The house has a great atmosphere and views of the town and mountains. It smells beautiful and the furniture is OK. I found a great running trail leading up the hill and through the woods, which was fantastic.

Excellent location Excellent room

Loved the sunny balcony where we had dinner and breakfast under the umbrella. It's such a cool place. The washing machine was handy too. We managed to reach the place with our motorcycle, but it was an adventure!

The best part was Stefano, he was extremely helpful to get us settled in by giving us a tour of the room, the facilities and talking us through the extensive local guide he had put together of local eateries and attractions. The room is located within a short walk to a supermarket, the road it is on leads towards attractions of the Gran Sasso. Easy 15 minute drive to the town centre of L’Aquila. There was a parking space right out the front or on the adjoining street which was available pretty much all the time. The room was spacious and felt very homely with all the nice personal touches. An additional set of pillows, blankets and closet are a welcome addition. Represented very good value

We stayed for one night and found the apartment very clean, tidy, and warm, with everything feeling new. The service was friendly, and breakfast was served in another building just a few hundred meters away, within easy walking distance. An authentic and atmospheric place to stay.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at! We were there as a group of 7 young people and as you can imagine, we were very messy and loud, but the owners were very kind and friendly and didn't have problem with that. They cleaned the rooms everyday, even with the whole mess we were leaving after us. The breakfast had everything we needed and they were fine with any changes in the time to be served. I would definetly come back! Thank you for everythig!

Everything done beautifully. Awesome breakfast spread.

Apartment was really nice, and made with excellent taste. You find everything you need for a good stay in the heart of nice village.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, cosy, and full of authentic Italian charm. Roberto was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The apartment was spotless and perfectly prepared for our arrival. We honestly can’t think of a single negative thing. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed experiencing such a beautiful and authentic Italian village. Highly recommended!

Charming little village with beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was beyond expectation, lovely place. Superb service!

Brilliant host, apartment, location. The photos do not do the place justice. It was perfect for us and our 1&3 year old to stay. The pool was brilliant and amazing that it was just for us while we were there.

Breakfast and location were great. They were accomodating about check in and check out. The hotel was clean and they had a nice big space for playing board games and haning out with kids.

Everything was super! Host was very friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. Check-in went fast and smooth. The price of the room was also low, especially considering that it's near Gran Sasso. 🙂

This is beautiful hotel with incredibly attentive and friendly staff. The team went above and beyond to help us organise activities in the area. I especially recommend the dinner!

Everything! The house is beautifully designed and built, and is very comfortable with everything that you could think of supplied from children’s games to pantry staples to shower supplies. It is incredibly peaceful and we wish we could have stayed longer.

The B&B is a great place. Newly renovated old house with a nice kitchen area. Very big room and everything super clean. Roberta was also very friendly and good and fast in the communication. there is also a safe place to park a bycicle or two. Absolutely can recommend this place.

Esperienza davvero eccellente!

Very nice location.everything was so good. And the host is very helpful and very kind.highly recommend this place ❤️

The B&B is really nice and Francesca the owner is amazing! She is really nice and kind. She adviced us on places to visit and where to go to eat, she prepared for us sandwiches for lunch and they were delicious! What can I say, everything was wonderful and I definitely planning to go back there!

The apartment is located in a beautiful area with wonderful sea views. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. A real highlight is the lovely swimming pool, where you can swim with a sea view. We also really appreciated the beautiful garden directly connected to the apartment, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
