Beautiful place run by a lovely family.

The place is 2 minutes from the centre of lanciano which is a very nice city to explore. The location is ideal for exploring Abruzzo as you are 20 minutes from the sea and 25 minutes from the mountains, Maiella National park. Daniele the owner has been very kind and helpful, always available for our questions. He had some great suggestions of places to see and activities to do.

The owners were fantastic. A small problem with the Wi-Fi was immediately fixed. Immaculately clean.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, it had all the amenities with modern equipment and big rooms , lovely sitting room, everything new and big enough for me and my 4 kids. Loved it . And the best part was the owner, Vicenzo. He was such a wonderful host. This was our first time in Lanciano and unknown to us, taxis do not function in Lanciano. It was just a day's trip so we didn't hire a car. Vicenzo came to get us from our location as we tried to make our way to the apartment unknown to us that we were still a very long way away. He also offered to take us to the city centre and also to take us to catch our bus the very next day at 2am back to Rome. He was our guardian angel. God bless you Vicenzo. Such a generous soul.

A most enjoyable stay. Clean, fresh amenities including delightful pool area. Pool itself is large allowing swimmers to stretch out. Dinner at the restaurant was superb, innovative cuisine and a broad local wine selection.

Maurizio was there to meet us on arrival, a very lovely man. The apartment is excellent, newly renovated with absolutely everything you could need for a stay. Every room is wonderful and the location is very central for exploring. Would highly recommend. He has full laundry facilities if required for longer stays.

Very clean and well equipped. The owner is super responsive and friendly. We had a great 1 week stay.

Excellent accommodation, clean, comfortable, quiet

Beautiful apartment - nice little kitchen, perfect modern bathroom, balcony with view over the old city neighbors. And just a few steps away from the main Piazza of the town. All in a building with tall stone arched ceilings. Elisa, our host, was helpful and kind and speaks great English. She runs a blog and YouTube channel about the Abruzzo region. The breakfast and this B&B is a practical choice that I'm surprised more people don't do : a stocked fridge and cupboard for self-service breakfasts, plus a set of local confectionaries.

Everything. The rooms, the views, the service (Martina was AMAZING), the food, the wine tasting, the surrounding areas, the pool, the decoration, the pillows, simply OUTSTANDINGLY EXCEPTIONAL.

Amazing small hotel in Abruzzo. Beautiful hotel surroundings, amazing pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and absolutely fabulous dinner, consisting of local specialties. It is quite close to the sea, but also to the mountains. The Majella National Park is nearby, where you can do amazing hikes.

Location is position 1. Breakfast was great every morning. Parking is close and free.
