Alfredo and Marida are very nice people, they welcomed us like family. Our entire stay we felt like we were with close family. The facility is wonderful, a huge garden, a beautiful wooden house and an olive grove with a swimming pool are available to guests. We will definitely come back there

Absolutely stunning. The view in the living room alone is beautiful. But the whole property is clean, wonderfully decorated and you feel at home. The hosts Roberto & Anastasia were so welcoming, we had a delicious marble cake waiting for us, and some eggs from the chickens. They thought of everything you could need during your stay.

Our group of fifteen cyclists had a very relaxed, peaceful stay. We were welcomed on arrival with a cold drink and had rooms and bikes sorted immediately. .While the rooms are not extravagant they were just what we needed. The restaurant was great with delicious food and an excellent choice of wines.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. You can tell that everything is new. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. Free private parking is also a big plus. For me, it was excellent.

I had a great experience staying here. The B&B was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom was large, and the shared common area was excellent, with a coffee maker and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything you needed to prepare your own meals. The room itself was spacious and cozy, but my favorite feature was the open-air shower on the room's terrace, it was such a unique and relaxing touch. The location was peaceful, charming, and surrounded by a lovely atmosphere. It's about a 20-minute bus ride from Ascoli. If you don't have a car, you'll need to rely on the buses, but they run quite frequently, so getting around wasn't a problem. I would definitely stay here again.... Also, the pastries they left for breakfast were absolutely delicious.
