I was thoroughly impressed with the property in Perugia. The owners made us feel completely at home, extending warmth and hospitality beyond any of our expectations. The property itself is beautifully maintained, particularly the lush garden filled with greenery, pine trees, and an immaculate swimming pool. The interior carries a comforting aroma of ebony, and even the towels had a familiar scent that reminded us of home. Moreover, the owners displayed a high level of adaptability and understanding, accepting my food delivery order without any hesitation. Our host was genuinely caring, not motivated solely by financial gain, and it reflected in every interaction we had. They provided a comprehensive orientation before our arrival, offering guidance on transportation, food, and local sightseeing.

Marco was a very friendly host, who gave us good recommendations. We had a lovely stay in Perugia and it was convenient for visiting Assissi and Orvietto, among other great cities in Umbria. Very comfortable accommodation. Belvedere means beautiful view, and the view from the terrace was amazing. You can look out across the countryside and the distant hills. We dined outside and enjoyed the views and the sounds of the songbirds. Recommend wholeheartedly!
