peaceful and real rustic farm home. my expectations were modest and I must say all the reviews here were spot on. so if a little stains on the bath tub scare you - this ain't for you. But if you're into stunning views and a simple place to put your head, this is it.

Very comfortable and agreeable flat with all that is needed, including dishwasher - which is a plus! I also liked the location, just a few meters from the main square. The host was very helpful.

The apartment is just charming and very comfprtable. You feel that the owners put so much thought, care and soul into it. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this accomodation to everyone. You will be just few steps away from the lively and very authentic square and great typical bar for breakfast/coffee/aperitivo/fdrink, wiuth the view of the duomo and nice balcony facin ghe quet street and a glimpse of the Sabine hills. We traveled with our dog and he was welcome here too. I think that Lazio and Sabine hills are quite underrated, we fell in love with it last autumn and came back in the spring. The whole experience (apartmend with the town spirit combined) was just soothing, nice and relaxing. Value for money is exceptional. Also Benedetto was a very wedlcoming and nice host. Hope to come back soon.

Our host, Valerio, was so kind and helpful. We were travelling on bicycles and needed to by food for our dinner but the closest supermarket was 5kms away and he offered to take us there. After a long day of cycling we were very grateful. As for the apartment, it was very well equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Valerio. Hope to see you in Cape Town one day..
