We absolutely loved our stay at Kesselmoos. The location is peaceful and secluded, surrounded by breathtaking views from every window. The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and feels brand new. It was clear that every little detail had been thoughtfully planned, with many unique design elements handcrafted by Karl himself, making the apartment feel truly special. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful garden, where guests are welcome to pick fresh vegetables and cherries, as well as the stunning natural swimming pond. These little touches made the experience feel authentic and unique. Above all, Karl and Barbara made our stay unforgettable. They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely interesting people who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality is something we will remember long after our trip.

Clean, large room, recently renovated, nicely decorated. The staff was friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good and the service was excellent. Bringing a dog was no problem (20€ extra). Safe parking within the property. Convenient when traveling by car. Close enough to walk to the center of Bolzano (about 20min.).

We arranged to meet Ingrid by texting her shortly before we arrived and everything went very smoothly. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed, including a clothes washer and dryer (complete with detergent), which were very useful, since we stayed there in the middle of our trip. It was a little out of Bolzano, but we had a car and parking was provided free of charge in the building. We used it as a base to visit the Seceda Ridgeline the day after we arrived. I would highly recommend Strategic apartment.
