very nice property, not for family and more for a couple in love, but nevertheless very comfortable and very professional service. The owner gives you coupons for multiple restaurants in the area and gives you a choice between 7 different pillows. It you are staying on Lake Como and want peace come here.

Really nice and helpfull staff (we arrived late and were hungry and the staff made us pizza after the kitchen was open). Nice room, amazing location right on the lake. Amazing!

I visited Lake Como with my family this summer and we were looking for a nice place to stay for two nights, so we chose this flat by the good reviews and nice photos that were in the description. Beside the fact that the flat wasn't how we expected, the host was really friendly and helpful. It was very easy to get in touch with him and he was opened to our requests( it was very hot, no AC at the property, but he brought us some fans).

Everything! The house has everything needed for some comfortable days away from home. Supermarket is only 4 minutes away. Comfortable beds and linens, heating, good size bathroom. Good garden for the children to play and enjoy morning coffee! Friendly hosts with very nice and kind details that make you feel welcomed. Grazie mille Grazziela and Giorgio!
