The hotel and facilities were lovely, but your staff are the real stars of the show, especially Jasmine, who looked after us for dinner and who was so warm-hearted and bubbly.

Everything was great. I enjoyed the facility in the environment. The pool, the restaurant and the friendly staff. I planned to stay there for a night. but couldn't resist. So I stayed longer.

Staying at the Cipressi penthouse was the highlight of our month long trip across Europe. The view across to the snow capped peaks every day never stopped being breath taking. The facilities and level of comfort within the aprtment were really quite exceptional. Christian & Ines went to great lengths to ensure our stay was extremely relaxing, providing all manner of information and even booking Christmas lunch for us - exceptional service - thanks again! The spa was a highlight, as was being a minutes walk to the gondola up to mountain range for more adventures.

It is a very nice house located in a quiet area. The drive was fine as opposed to some comments that you cannot easily park a large SUV. The best part are the owners (Daniel and Manuel) who were extremely helpful, kind, forthcoming when minor issues popped up. The service really made the difference.

Our short getaway was absolutely amazing in every respect! The hotel is set in a peaceful location surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, with plenty of beautiful walking and running trails nearby. Every room offers stunning mountain views, making the whole experience even more special. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. In fact, I have never seen a shower so spotless in any hotel before! Every detail seemed to be taken care of, which made our stay even more comfortable. The spa facilities are outstanding and very well organized, with two separate areas, one of which is exclusively for adults. Located on the upper floors, the adults-only spa offers an extra touch of luxury, with incredible panoramic mountain views. Almost all the pools are heated, and the 25-metre infinity pool is simply perfect for swimming while enjoying the spectacular scenery. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the atmosphere remained peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay. We never felt that any area was overcrowded, which made it easy to truly unwind and enjoy every facility. Breakfast was consistently excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Dinner is an absolute must! The quality, presentation, and attention to detail were outstanding, making every meal feel like a fine-dining experience worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Last but certainly not least, all the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful, always making us feel welcome. Overall, this hotel is the perfect place for a relaxing escape, combining breathtaking views, exceptional facilities, outstanding food, impeccable cleanliness, and genuinely warm hospitality. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!
