The views from the house are completely stunning and beautiful. Clean room, nice staff and super nice dinner you can have just there.

The hotel has an ideal location by the lake where you can swim. The station with boats that go to the island of Monte Isola and other places by the lake is only a 1-minute walk away, the train station is a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast is self-service, an excellent selection of food (fresh fruit, a large selection of cheeses, cold meats, homemade cakes), a good machine for coffee, tea, juices,... During the day, they offer you several types of cocktails.

It was one of the most beautiful places we have been. The view from our patio was breathtaking. Our host Adriana was so friendly and the breakfast was great.

It feels like a 5-star hotel. The room is big, comfortable, clear and very clean. The bathroom is brand new and spotless. The owners are extremely welcoming. Nice breakfast. The location is fantastic, near the lake. The free parking is quite convenient. Strongly recommend.

The place was exceptionally good, very spacious and clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and has an awesome inner yard with a breathtaking view to the lake and mountains. Kitchen has everything needed for light cooking and quick breakfast. Coffee machine works well and it is possible to by additional capsules from local shop. Shower was very good, hot water all the time. Washing machine worked well. Every room has air conditioning for heating / cooling.

You will never find it free and you will never forget it - the whole Villa in our hands just at the lake with ducks, amazing views, fresh alpine air. Interiors will take you back around a century ago, with a comfort you need in new era. Thanks for everything, dreaming to come back!

Silence. Peace. Nature. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Very nice and helpful hosts. The apartment has everything you need. A good place for families with children, with plenty of outdoor space. A very good base for exploring the whole of Lombardy.

is a 10/10. It has the most stunning and breathtaking view over Lago d’Iseo and Monte Isola not only from the huge balcony but also from almost everywhere inside the Apartment . It is modern and cosy furnished and very well equipped with a closet full of dishware, china and silverware. I appreciated the two bathrooms. It is spacious for two and everything inside and outside looks new and well groomed. Martha is a lovely and attentive host, who always quickly responded and provided me with helpful information. I even got a delicous cake from the scratch as a welcome gift and felt very spoilt. Setted in a quiet neighbourhood on a steep hill, a car is strongly recommended. Ferry service from Sulzano to Monte Isola ( just 5 min. ) operates till late night ( during summer ) so I had dinner with the most beautiful view on the island. For shopping, eating and extended ferry services, the town of Iseo ist just a 10 min.drive away. I hardly wanted to leave after a week and will definitely be back.

The villa is absolutely beautiful. Moreover, the view from the villa is unmatched (even better than from the top of monte isola). At the villa, everywhere you look, there is something beautiful to see! Marco was a very kind and attentive host and really appreciated all the work that was done to have a list of places and experiences when you arrive. Kitchen and bathrooms were all quite modern so you have all the perks of a beautiful old villa without the inconveniences of older facilities.

The view from the accomodation is stunning. You park in a garage and access the property from the garage. The outdoor area is lovely. The house is very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the place was very clean. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect position on Lake Iseo. The best Hotel we have stayed in on the Lakes. The restaurant was first class and the restaurant manager Fay was so professional and his knowledge of the wines was very impressive. The reception staff were so accomodating and organised tours to the Bellini Nautical Riva Collection. A highlight for my husband. Having the bikes was a bonus we rode all the way to Sarnico

We stayed in lake view room (the extra cost is well worth it). Very clean, breakfast was very nice, perfect to start the day. service was very helpful and friendly. Loved that they give out free bike rental. The bikes were excellent to get around quicker. Staff couldn't help you more. Thank you PERFECTO!
