Tirolensis really had an All Inclusive formula that just made you forget about all the outside world problems. Truly. Everything was included: as much wine and as much soft drinks as you wanted, on top of a rich breakfast, a lunch with soup and some starters from a small buffet, a selection of cakes during the afternoon and an incredible dinner with dishes that were so carefully designed... starter, primo, secondo and dessert too. The spa was beautiful, the sauna had 3 gettate organised during the day with lovely aromas that made accessing saunas more interesting for the newbies like me. Even better, they have a heated outdoor hydromassage pool that is small/medium and it is AMAZING. I probably spent my whole stay there. They also have a cigar room and lots of board games including chess. The staff was very kind, treated us so well.

Loved the quiet and beautiful location. Close to supermarket and restaurants. The hosts and all staff were extremely accomodating and thought of everything. They assisted with pick up from train station and referred us to an amazing tour company. The whole family loved it here and are planning to return next year!

This is a wonderful hotel with a refreshing pool that is perfect after a day of hiking. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. One of the biggest advantages is the exceptionally large underground parking area, which makes arriving by car very convenient. The hotel restaurant is of outstanding quality, offering a truly memorable dining experience. The greatest strength of this hotel is definitely the staff-they are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. We had a situation where our child’s shoes were accidentally damaged during dinner, and everything was handled in a very professional and caring way. Another lovely surprise was when a family member requested lactose-free milk in the morning-the next day, the hotel had specially purchased it for us. These thoughtful gestures made us feel truly valued as guests.
