The hotel was clean, staffs were friendly and helpful and the price was so reasonable! The hotel was connected to the airport terminal and take only 5 min walk to get to the airport. Totally recommend for those who have morning flight and don’t want to get panic with traffic traveling to the airport.

- Staff were very helpful via text message. They are also very accomodating with check in/out times as they are aware they are close to the airport. - Our bed was VERY comfortable. Probably the best mattress we slept on the whole trip (we stayed in a totem of 7 hotels!). My partner loved it so much he purchased & ordered the exact same mattress when we landed back in Australia!

Overall, it's an excellent accommodation choice. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the dining area, living room, and bathroom are on the first floor, which is very convenient and clean. Before check-in, I also asked the owner some questions and received very prompt replies with clear instructions. If you're driving there yourself, the location is easy to find, and there is sufficient parking space. However, the street at the entrance is a bit narrow, so if the vehicle is too long, you may need to back into the parking spot.

A beautiful place to stay at, hidden away from the busy street. The host was amazing, greeting and waiting for us despite our late check-in and a bit of delay. It was great we were able to communicate in English which is always convenient for those who do not speak Japanese. Breakfast was always prepared for us at the time we wanted. Thank you :)

A must-stay when travelling to or from Kansai Airport. This hotel is fantastic value for money, the spa facilities are wide and enjoyable, the room views and relaxing, and the breakfast is delicious (also enjoyed with a sea view). The proximity to Kansai Airport makes it incredibly convenient as you can quickly rest after a long day flying. Staff is very nice too.
