I had a really great stay at PG Kuromon in Osaka. I was especially surprised by the size of the room, compared to typical Japanese hotel rooms, it was quite spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process was very convenient and quick, as it was done through a device before entering the lobby. It was smooth and efficient. The location is excellent: the hotel is very central and popular areas like Dotonbori are within easy walking distance, which made my stay even more convenient. I also really enjoyed the view from the terrace,it was a nice bonus. Everything was clean, well organized and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again. I even got small free packets of laundry detergent and fabric softener, which was a nice extra.

The location was nice, with the most stunning view from the room. Perhaps the location is not prime but its right next to a huge train station, so very easy to get around. The stuff was absolutely phenomenal.
