My sister decided to join me on the first night at the last moment and the property could accommodate a non-smoking twin room for us. I found out the single room I booked was a smoking room, and they just had a non-smoking room available and let me change my room. (I don’t remember ever booking for a smoking room as I hate the odor.). Anyway the staff members are quite attentive to your request. Because the hotel is in a shopping building, you can buy foods in the basement and go a restaurant on the 7th floor. It is super convenient and the airport limousine buses stop right outside of the building. The hotel stored my luggage until my limousine bus time.

Mr. Tatewaki was exceptionally pleasant—warm, welcoming, and thoroughly professional. He went out of his way to ensure we felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay.
