The whole Ryokan experience is wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. They have an option to reserve the Onsen, which gave us the opportunity to be all together for almost an hour. Breakfast is nicely served and it is an experience on its owne.d

The bus stop for bus from Odawara is right next to the hotel. Impressive traditional breakfasts and dinners that were not the same every day. The river is nearby and you can hear it flowing. The location is generally very quiet and there were no crowds of wild tourists. I tried even private onsen and it was a good experience. The public onsen was also nice. Futon was extremely convenient to sleep on. The traditional Japanese room is perfect for relaxation, meditation and sleeping. There was pot for boiling water and making green tea. The tea, cups and teapot were very nice.

The facilities and rooms are very new. Extremely spacious and immaculately clean. It was so clean that I didn't even see a a single speck of dust. The location is excellent, it's right next to a bus stop so travelling to other areas in Hakone is very easy. The bus also goes all the way to Odawara. Across the street is a 7/11 that is open 24 hours. There are also some nice local restaurants in the area. The wifi was stable with very high data bandwidth speeds over 200mb. The TV was newer model and it has apps like YouTube and Netflix. The room had a washer/dryer for laundry, which I didn't know how to use as the buttons were in Japanese, but the front desk staff helped me with it. If you need laundry detergent, it only costs 100 yen from the front desk. The breakfast was a nice buffet of food. The entire staff at the hotel were very respectful and professional and really do their best to help. My stay here was well beyond expectations.

I can’t even believe this place. Room is good for 4 people. You basically have a house to yourself. There is a private onsen with Fuji views. The views of Fuji in my living room and dining room are crazy too — amazing!! Also, everything is very well thought-out!! Omakase dinner and breakfast are chef’s kiss ✨ Staff is super helpful — they even helped map out my route from the ryokan to Osaka. The floors are heated — the water is never cold (I went in winter). You even have a little garden to yourself with a table and chairs outside so you can look at Fuji while drinking tea. But I would recommend that in Spring lol as it’s super cold in winter outside.

A perfect place to stay! Easy remote check-in. Very spacious, with two large and comfortable bedrooms upstairs and a cozy living room downstairs—offering both privacy and space for everyone. Located in a quiet area. The fridge is stocked with complimentary welcome drinks. The living room is clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything is stylish and modern. There’s a parking lot right next to the entrance. It’s best to arrive by car. Plenty of restaurants just a few minutes’ drive away.
