Very nice public bath/onsen area. I prefer japanese style rooms as well. I stayed in a smoking room because it was available, but thankfully the stench wasn't too noticeable.

The staffs and the place is close to everything but the room is a little bit tight. Love the breakfast and especially how they treated the guests. Very courteous and accomodating!
