The house was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well suited for our family, making our stay enjoyable. It offered excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it for those family traveling to Fukuoka.

Nice spot close to Takeshita Station and LaLa Port (Gundam Base). 4 people fit nicely even with all the luggages.

this place had everything i needed during my 6 day stay (except an iron for my clothes). as new and beautiful as shown in photos. the host is very helpful and responsive via messaging. the beds were very clean and fluffy i wish i could keep sleeping. within walkable distance from train stations, bus stops and convenience stores. neighborhood is very peaceful. would definitely stay here again if i come again.

Staying at A.T. Hakata Hotel was exceptional. The location was good, there were bus stops, convenience store, izakayas, and fast food nearby. The unit itself is complete with the basic utilities for our 7-day stay. For a group of 6 adult in a unit with only two rooms, we did not feel lumped or cramped. Plus points that there was still privacy within the group because of the structure of the unit. Our favorite thing was the washing machine, we would wash our clothes, hang it in the bathroom, and turn on the drier. After our activities outside, we would come home to freshly smelling and warm clothes. We found it really convenient and efficient for us. We really lucked out on booking at A.T. Hakata Hotel considering that we only booked 2 days ahead of our stay.

Staff were very receptive to my messages and replied promptly. Very accomodating with my requests and they were several.

Everything was perfect, the lobby had an amazing scent, the staff were amazing, i saw a lot of comments peoplee saying its too far away from the station but come on its just 5-7 min walk not that bad, i actually really enjoyed my stay and so far one of the best hotels in Fukuoka, thank you guys

My flight arrived fukuoka early in the morning from Sydney, so I arrived the hotel around 11am and have been told that the checked in time would be at 3pm. I have left my luggage stored by the reception and went for a quick walk and lunch. It was around 130pm when I headed back to the hotel as I was exhausted and sleepy after the long flight trip and overnight flight. I have told the reception that I would sit at the reception and asked them to let me know when they could allow checking in. I have told them that I didn't want to go anywhere as I was tired and needed to sit down and take rest. Around 2pm, the front desk staff let me know that they could let me to check in a bit earlier. I was touched and really appreciated their understanding and care.. I could understand that 3pm is the check in time and it was a rule. But I really appreciate their understanding and care of a solo traveller taking a long overnight flight and the only thing I wanted was a good shower, taking a quick nap before my trip in Japan. Convenient location to Hakata station.

The location is fantastic. We stayed only one night and it was a luxurious experience. The public baths on the rooftop were quiet and clean, with a small sauna room. The staff was very kind and helpful and let us leave the luggage after the check-out time to allow us to go around the city a bit.

Having a public onsen was the deal... I got to relax my tired muscles at the onsen after a long day of walking... it has all the toiletries and skin care products that I need and so much more...
