I love the location and that it has a Lawson at ground floor

Exceptional staff who helped sort my double booking problems and promptly refunded me even though they were not at fault at all. They smiled throughout. The room was more than enough for a solo traveller and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Wonderful location if you are using the train or coming from the airport by train. Directly opposite a shopping mall attached to the station, which included a good supermarket for self catering.

Location/ staff efficiency/ amenities

Great hotel, Incredible staff! Even in the small hours of the night we have received great help and service for all of our needs! Highly recommend!

It was located just 2 minute walk to the Sendai station and indoor mall. The decor was very retro and cool. The hotel includes a sauna and bath on the top floor which was excellent and opened early at 6am so we could enjoy before our next train ride.

Extremely comfortable. You don't get they spared expenses by sacrificing the commodity of the guests. The rooms are very good value for money. Big rooms

This hotel was our favourite place during our Japan trip. We had a beautiful corner room which had great views over the city - it felt really special. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. But the friendliness and kindness of the staff we experienced was second to none. We never felt so welcomed and looked after anywhere else. Everyone was so sweet and helpful, it was heart warming. A particular shout out to ‘Uchimi’ at reception who wrote me this cute note after she carefully arranged our luggage transport - this was so sweet! The breakfast was outstanding and totally worth booking. We particularly appreciated the corner with all the traditional Japanese options. The quality of the food was excellent and we were excited to give everything a try! I will forever dream of the Zunda tiramisu. All in all one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. We actually felt a bit choked up when we had to leave, we loved it so much.

Very new and modern hotel. The rooms are small, but the room provides all the furniture and fittings for a comfortable stay. Very well thought of. Free coffee. Near the main station. Breakfast was ample but can get crowded. You can bring your bf to your room if crowded. Bags are secure when waiting for your check-in.
