Not too far from Sendai station

Really great location right near a major shopping arcade and many restaurants. While it’s a bit of a walk to Sendai station, it’s a really good walk, and there’s a subway station quite close as well. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the twin room I booked as Japanese hotel rooms are often quite small, so we had plenty of room. I like the classic/retro feel of the decor a lot and the staff were friendly.

Fantastic hotel. Exceeded my expectations. Totally clean, huge rooms with separated bathtub and rainshower. Excellent service and welcoming personal, Ms. Fujita remembered my wish on the next day to keep my bag for a while after my checkout.

There were no cooking items. At least one common kitchen must be required.

We had a comfortable two-night stay, and the room size was just right for three people. There is a DAISO and a LOPIA supermarket next door. Breakfast was delicious, especially the sashimi!

Everything is perfect, without a doubt, Hotel Grand Bach Sendai is the best hotel of SENDAI, highly recommend.

This hotel and staff was great! The breakfast buffet was amazing and even down to the convenient parking since it was in such a busy area. Location was also great since it was in walking distance to everything.

I had trouble sleeping the first night. I was on the 9th floor. Some sort of air conditioning machine kept me up. The staff let me switch rooms. No fuss, no bother. So top marks for customer service. Would stay again but avoid 9th floor if you are a light sleeper.

Staff is very helpful, answered all my questions (even when asking for direction to other cities). All requests for the rooms are met. Outstanding service. Amenities within the hotel is also perfect. The hotel is also super conveniently located right next to the metro, easy access to everywhere else.

Location of the hotel is about 10 min walk. It is located in the city center. There is a coin laundry machine in the hotel. There was no drinking water supplied to us. However the water from tap is drinkable.
