Very good service from the staff

Close to the train station and tours, did not try the breakfast but it looked and smelled excellent, standard small Japanese room so if you are traveling light they are just right.

Very clean! Very proffessional! Very good. You could order cleaning everyday, we was on the top floor with views over the whole city!

I stayed in another Daiwa Roynet Hotel, and I loved it so much that I just simply chose this hotel for my trip to Sendai. The location is so convenient, just 3 mins from Sendai station, buffet breakfast with a rich variety. It has everything you want for a good stay.

Everything was perfect. Hotel japanese style is amazing. Delicious breakfast with both Japanese and western continental options. Free noodles in the evening. Onsen was very good. Staff was really helpful.

Really great location right near a major shopping arcade and many restaurants. While it’s a bit of a walk to Sendai station, it’s a really good walk, and there’s a subway station quite close as well. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the twin room I booked as Japanese hotel rooms are often quite small, so we had plenty of room. I like the classic/retro feel of the decor a lot and the staff were friendly.

Location was good and room was comfortable and clean. It was near to Sendai Station and within walking distance of the shopping areas as well.

The reception service was excellent; we were served by Ms. N. Rejina. Our family was impressed with the assistance and information provided. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety and great taste, not to be missed. The location is excellent, very close to shopping areas and restaurants.

I loved staying here—the view in the room I got was nice and what I imagined. Fast wifi as I am working whilst travelling, telly has Netflix and other streaming services, loved that I can sit by the window, comfy pillows though the bathroom lighting could’ve been better but all good! Staff are also very very kind and helpful!

It was a cosy space near the main Sendai station, and kotodai Park station. If you ever get hungry at night there are also convenience stores nearby and a McDonald's just down the street. The room and bath was spacious and we enjoyed our stay with KOKO HOTEL !

Great location, close by to many shops and restaurants, room was very clean on arrival and staff were very accommodating when we arrived extremely early to drop our luggage off before check in.

Very new hotel. Rooms are clean and a bit small but this is normal for Japan.

The hotel room design is simple yet very elegant. The room features large floor-to-ceiling windows. Although the room is not very large, it is extremely comfortable and well maintained. The amenities are of very good quality. The staff are exceptionally warm and friendly, always offering their full support and assistance.

Close to the tram line and the beautiful Sendai castle and park

V helpful front desk and thanks deputy manager, 齊藤 樣, made several calls to let our pacel arrived on time that would do our journey more enjoyable than ever.

The hotel is near the Sandai Station and shopping area. There are few convenient stores around the hotel too.
