Staff were so helpful and kind. I reserved the wrong room type, but they swiftly helped me get the room I wanted. Very modern building and rooms. I've stayed at ryokan hotels in Japan, and they've really captured the same aesthetic and vibe here. The room itself was outstanding. Huge bathroom with a hinoki wooden bath. My wife and I really enjoyed soaking in there. The bed was really comfortable as well. The hotel itself was really quiet, and we didn't hear any other guests even though it was fully booked. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. I will be back and I highly recommend this hotel to others.
