Soufriere and the places of interest near it were within a short drive and our host Patrick was an invaluable guide to the places and culture of Saint Lucia. He was always ready to help and advise. We feel we got to know the real St. Lucia away from the big resorts.

Great place to stay in a real caribbean village and very fairly priced. Everything you may need is there and it´s very clean too. Just a short walk into town with all those friendly and welcoming people (it´s amazing: you will be greeted every time you meet someone or just walk on by ..) and nice places (Mama Tilly´s is a must). On top of that Aunty Anna is an absolute fantastic host, always helpful and makes you feel welcome right from the start. We really loved staying in Laborie and especially at Juju´s!
