The hotel is excellent—new and modern, with its own parking lot. It’s located near the city center (a 25-minute walk). The room is clean, spacious, and equipped with a comfortable bed, a balcony, and a refrigerator. The room also features a coffee maker with excellent coffee, a kettle, and a selection of different teas. You get one hour of free access to the private spa and pool, but you have to make a reservation because it fills up quickly. A good and hearty breakfast, a 3-course menu that started with a 3-tiered tray (fruit, pastries, butter, and more), followed by a main course of your choice, continued with a second course (various types of eggs, fresh vegetables...), and concluded with dessert. The menu changes every day. Vegetarian options are available, and they can also prepare a vegan breakfast for you. Breakfast is not self-service. Very friendly staff. Absolutely incredible.

The place was beautiful, rooms were spacious and clean, beds were super comfortable, staff was super friendly and accommodating, and I loved the valet service when you drop the car off. The private beach was wonderful, and the massages we booked were top notch. The place truly lived up to the Resort label.

What a location! Overlooking the Bay on the Tivat side it really does offer the best of both views of the waterways of Kotor without the craziness of Kotor old town which is easy enough to get to during the day. Rooms were modern and spacious with a great balcony from which to enjoy the views. Spa was great with sauna etc, dining was exceptional both for the included breakfast as well as dinner. Staff were pleasant and interactive and always willing to help. Bonus was the parking garage.

I travel quite a lot, and I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant accommodation experiences I’ve had. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The stunning view, private parking, fast Wi-Fi, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable. Communication with our host, Maja, was excellent from beginning to end. She was attentive, professional, and always happy to help, making our entire trip to Montenegro feel effortless and stress-free. Even the payment arrangements were simple and convenient. Everything was exactly as described, if not better, and we genuinely felt that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Kotor. Having stayed in many properties around the world, I can confidently say that the quality of both the accommodation and the service was outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

Hotel is perfect location to explore Tivat on foot and great base to explore Montenegro. Hotel was just amazing - the hotel has thought of everything you need and the staff are so friendly and helpful. From underground parking to leaving you bottles of water and turning on lights during turn-down in the evening, from replacing towels (twice a day if they have been used) to remembering your breakfast drinks preferences, we were so impressed and would highly recommend this hotel.
