У нас был целый этаж в распоряжении. Чисто, есть все необходимое. Два прекрасно работающих кондиционера. Отличное расположение, на самом деле море очень близко, буквально идти две минуты. Рядом в пешей доступности два супермаркета (достаточно больших для Черногории), базарчик в соседнем дворе, рестораны, пекарни и все остальное. Внимательная и дружелюбная хозяйка.

The Villa was immaculate and had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The driveway and secure gates were great for our hired car. The Balconies provided gorgeous views of the bay and perfect for evening or morning. Aircon in all the rooms that worked. Plenty of beach towels to use. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very spacious with lots of storage. Kitchen had everything, from a dishwasher to coffee machine, wine fridge, freezer etc. The Bbq and dining area outside was fabulous - we used it frequently. Hot tub was a great addition and used both morning and evenings. Plenty of seating areas outside and living rooms on each floor inside. Beds were very comfortable also. During our stay, Oskana and Yuri ( the hosts) made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived by giving us a tour of the surrounding area for the local supermarket, pharmacy, petrol station and local restaurants they recommend. They also took us to the tourist office to pay and register our stay the first morningwe were there which was a big help. They responded quickly to any queries we had throughout our stay and helped us out of a difficult situation late at night when our car had a flat tyre. They arranged a tow truck for us and a tyre change at a local garage for us which was greatly appreciated. The photos are fabulous but the villa is much more impressive in reality - its beautiful!

Our stay at Holiday Apartment Komatina LUX was exceptional! The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with a perfect location for a peaceful getaway. We especially want to thank our hosts, Dalibor and Ana – they were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. We spent two lovely nights there and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality accommodation in Đenovići!

Lovely, clean modern and big apartment 2 mins walk to the sea front ,restaurants and shops

We had such a lovely time at Villa Zoe! The house is beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids had a blast – especially in the pool – and slept like angels every night, which says a lot! 😊 We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the amazing view. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun for the whole family. Thank you to the wonderful hosts – we’d love to come back again!

The apartmenr is located in a quiet neighborhood near the sea, next to a nice public beach nearby. Everything in the apartment was clean and new, so it felt like we were the first guests. The apartment was well equipped, including air conditioning, an air purifier and a spacious refrigerator. The hosts were very friendly, polite and helpful, they also recommended us a boat tour of the Bay of Kotor that we really enjoyes.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Hostess was very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Choice of supermarkets, bakery just a few minutes walk away. 10 minute walk to the beach. Pool area was quiet, though small. We were left water, wine, sweets and some local ham as a welcome gift which was a really nice touch. Hostess was easy to contact and replied quickly.

This boutique hotel is located within walking distance to Porto Montenegro with all its shops and restaurants. It has a nice view of the sea (not the yachts) but it's a lovely view just as well. The service was absolutely superb and everyone really accommodating - Teodora, Dusan, Nadia (?), Andreas (?) and others went out of their way to address any question or request we had. The breakfast concept was a bit surprising (a menu, not a buffet) but the selection is varied and guests can basically ask for what they wish to have if they don't find it on the menu. The room (apartment) was spacious, clean, with a large terrace and it was a true value for money. The hotel restaurant serves really delicious food and as heard from some guests, one of the best Bloody Marys. :-) Another advantage of this hotel is only 18 rooms and therefore, a personal touch, which is rather unique. On the roof there is a very nice spa area which offers great views (it's a very good facility per se) but poses some challenges that are described in 'what I did not like' section. Definitely will be back!

Nice and cozy, affordable, well equipped and clean, excellent breakfast, pool on the top. But the best of all are people working there- receptionists and Ms Vjera working in the restaurant. All hotels offer similar, but only right people add value. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay right by the Bay of Kotor. The communication with the hosts was excellent – they were incredibly helpful in every situation and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. When we wanted to extend our stay and our apartment was already booked, they quickly arranged another place for us, which was amazing. The location is stunning, with an amazing view. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the hospitality and kindness – it made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!
