The apartment was very clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay before a flight the next day. There are malls with food options less than 10 minutes walking, as well as an Italian restaurant and convenience store on site. Communication with Efleda was excellent, and I was able to ask for a late check out as well as store my luggage.

Place is amazing, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very warm and professional, giving us a free welcome drink and a coffee/tea voucher for the cafe next to the hostel. Perfect location if you need to stay close to the airport, and it’s close to a 7eleven.

Cebu is a great gateway to the Philippines and The Reef is in a perfect location before and after long international flights. Close to the airport, avoiding the main city tracffic, it offers a perfect quiet and relaxing environment. The beach front location and private beach are great for unwinding and the hotel's infinity pools offer another alternative. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. This was our 6th visit to the hotel in 3 years and we were recognised and warmly welcomed back by the concierge and front desk staff. The rooms are spacious and clean, and everything works! Would recommend.

The feeling of being in a truly luxurious hotel in the middle of tropical island. It's calm, quiet - you can really rest there. Despite this, the hotel is located just 30 minutes by taxi from the airport, shopping malls, restaurants and all the attractions offered in Mactan. Very nice beach bar with sea view. Bottle of Australian red wine as a welcome gift. The stuff is nice and helpful. Obvious attention to details by management of the resort.
