Everything! Very comfortable and functional little apartment with everything you may need, especially for a bit longer stay. Communicated with the owner, Barry, through whatsap and he was super kind and helpful. The two women who run the place, Irish and Jaqueline, were so lovely, kind and helpful. They organised an excellent motorbike for me, almost brand new, at a great price. The apartment itself has a 90's sitcom vibe and I loved it. The kitchen has basic equipment that would be enough for most cooking, and I am sure if you needed anything extra for the kitchen and asked they would help you with it. I asked for a better chair for working, and they brought me a proper computer chair, so sweet. It is very quiet and peaceful at night. 3 minutes drive to a local market, 7/11 and a pharmacy. 3 lovely dogs. SO MANY beautiful spots and hidden gems within an hour's drive from the property to explore. Big TV with all the apps. Plastic-free drinking water is provided during your entire stay. EXCEPTIONAL INTERNET! 2 fibre networks. Best I had in my 3 weeks in the Philippines. The only disadvantage is a lack of a nice view unless you have the top apartment, which seems to be rented out for longer stays. I felt very comfortable, safe and at home in my 10 days here and would 100% reccommend this place, thank you TREETOPS!

It's not really a hotel. Just a very nice middle-aged lady who is renting out some rooms. It's right at the sea and very quiet and there is a common kitchen so you can cook yourself if you like. I really enjoyed my stay but wouldn't recommend it for people who don't like animals. There are a few cats roaming around and two dogs. All very friendly and one dog always stayed by my side. Really cute Perfect fit for family, pairs and even families - considering you like cats and dogs. Would stay there again any time.. Also good starting Point for ventures right between bacong and dumaguete

We had a wonderful stay at Lene’s Condo at Marina Spatial. The unit was impeccably clean and had a modern, cozy feel. It was well-stocked with essentials, including toiletries, drinking water, coffee, and other basic necessities, making our stay even more convenient. The check-in process was seamless, and the owner was incredibly attentive to our needs. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness—when we accidentally left our son’s toy behind at checkout, they immediately informed us and kept it safe until we could retrieve it. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this place!

The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros.

Nice and clean place. You could make your own food there. Fridge and freezer. Quiet environment and comfy beds. Close location to the airport and shopping mall. Owners were nice and welcoming. Would book this place again if I ever come back to Dumaguete. :)

While it may be small, it has everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area, and we truly appreciated the dedicated parking area. The rooms are well-equipped and Gina, the caretaker, was also accommodating. Can't beat the price, too. It was well worth the money.
