The accessibility of the condo and the cozy feel. The unit is clean and comfy, the owners are really warm and welcoming. I like that it has amenities like a pool and parking spaces. Homey vibe. Will definitely book it again for family leisure.

+ very good LOCATION in a calmer area very close to Ayala Mall (with lots of restaurants, shops, transport options) and with a 7-eleven right next to the hotel entrance
+ CLEAN rooms
+ relatively good SOUND INSULATION (by Philippine standards) and relatively quiet air conditioning as well

We were greeted with welcome drinks, smiling and courteous staff and the lush greenery. We like that it has a beach front and has activities for free. There is an ample parking area. We love their breakfast choices.
Beddings and pillows are comfortable. We requested for extra towels and toiletries and it was delivered to us as soon as possible. The room was big and so as the toilet.
The local band at dinner time that hops from one table to another makes it more memorable for us.

We like that it's a 5 minutes walk to the airport and there's a parking space. There are shops in front...massage, cakes, crispy chicken and a general merchandise shop.
It's also easy to take commute going to the city.

*The honest store—for convenience,if you forgot to bring water, though it’s ok since we didn’t expect much for it’s price point (1500-1600 walk in, got it even cheaper because of discounts and maybe because we booked late at 8pm)
*Having all cooking and some cleaning stuff available. plus the food available in their honest store. They might as well add toiletries (soaps,shampoo,toothpaste,conditioner), though 7/11 is just a few minutes away from the building.
*Car parking near the building (first come first serve-w/ a small fee.)

The Deluxe Room had a comfortable King-size bed. The aircon was not too loud (split type) and the noise from the street is tolerable.
We like the lounge/terrasse at the 9th floor in the evening.
They have free parking for guests and it is easy to get a taxi.

The pool view was nice and the location is excellent! ayala mall was right across the hotel..The front desk was accommodating and easy to deal with in regards to our requests.. they lack of smiles but they were nice people :) .. staffs i met from elevator was welcoming.. they always greet the guests … the security guards at the basement were verryyyy nice as well.. since we stayed 4nights, they always reserved us the parking lot so it was easy for us to park without searching any vacant lot..everything was accessible..
