Everything was wonderful. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the guest relations team really made our stay special. Shout out to Deric and Czar for their hospitality, and to Gil and Melvin in housekeeping for always ensuring we had plenty of refreshments in our room and giving us organisers for my wife's many many bathroom products! The pool was great, sun loungers were always available and the cocktails at the poolside bar were delicious. We also loved how close this was to two malls - both connected via tunnels. All the staff were friendly and greeted us every time we went in and out.

Mr Bunagan met us at the reception, checked us in, and even accompanied us to the room. He explained everything clearly, which we really appreciated. The hotel/condo was clean and fully equipped – we had everything we needed. For a longer stay, the room might be a bit small for four people, but for 1–2 days it was perfectly fine. He was very friendly and helpful, and it was especially convenient that he was always reachable and responded quickly to messages. The location was great: shopping malls were within walking distance, which was very practical. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back next time.

It was very peaceful. I had arrived early in the morning and needed a spot to freshen up and relax before heading to my next destination that night. They were very helpful and communicative when I requested early check in and other questions! Highly recommended!
