So clean great views everything you need and the caretaker is great if you need anything hes there

The host was very responsive and easy to talk to. And the location was amazing. Easy to walk to anywhere I thought to go, or very easy to get a mototaxi or taxi. Anytime I had issues, like the Internet went down for 30 minutes, the host was responsive and fixed my issue promptly. Very clean, had a small balcony, wonderful view.

The apartment although tight for 4 adults was in beautiful condition, well fitted out and well maintained. Sleeping was comfortable with 1 double bed for mum and dad. 1 large single for our 16yr old and the choice of sofa or futon for our 14yr old. We had a full choice of TV channels, free internet. Games room on the top floor. Swimming pools on the 7th floor. Using grab you could be at most of Manilas malls within 25mins for less than 500 pesos including the tip.Theres a small super market 1min walk from main entrance. It sells everything. Theres an ATM downstairs and if you're desperate a McDonalds 10 mins walk away.

Accommodating staff (specially Ms. Mel). Very friendly and responsive. The unit is very clean and near the elevator. The view is spectacular. Very easy chekin and checkout. Great Location is accessible to restos, mall and lrt station.

Great apartment. Very modern. It has all the commodities you usually don’t have in Philippines. Bed is really comfortable and great bathroom as well. It’s on a nice location but 20-30 minutes away from Intramuros (the center of the city)

A super comfortable apartment. Beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything you could ever need to spend a few days in Malate with your whole family. It even come with a bath tub and hot water from every tap.

Staff were very easy to deal with and very helpful all the times, good size unit.

Great place, clean and very kind people

The apartment is clean and has all required items for a comfortable stay even for a prolonged time. It has a magnificent view and is located close to the historical part of the city. The building itself is well protected, with reception, security and key for the elevator. The overall staying experience was great, especially for this price. We could do a late check in without any issues. It was easy to reach the apartment owner for any questions/concerns within a short period of time. Thank you so much for your hospitality and care throughout our stay.

Great location in Malate, the view over the bay from the 36th floor is what you pay for. It's hard to beat that view of the sunset

I like the security of the place. The appliances provided were very helpful. The owner were very considerate when it comes to late checkout request. I like the hot and cold shower provided...
