The views and the apartment are amazing, it's in possibly the best location on the island for the views from the Jacuzzi.

This apartment is very good, clean and comfortable, the small kitchen is perfect.

We enjoyed the place so much specially when we saw monkeys coming over to our veranda.

Great facilities and staff who went above and beyond everyday. Elgie the owner of the apartment was a fantastic host, as he provided me with instant answers to my questions and was a great resource for all that is Boracay Island. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen works well everything is new and we absolutely loved the pool and fitness room. A great private beach close by, it's an excellent place to stay for a week or for months. We stayed a month and would have loved to stay longer.

I had a wonderful stay at this small boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect and that I felt welcome. What I really loved was how quiet and private the hotel felt. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were spotless, very well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a truly lovely experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and charming place to stay.

The accomodations and amenities were excellent. There was a full kitchen and the water pressure was excellent even though we were on the 4th floor.

Very spacious. The aircon was really cold - you just need to set it up properly. The kitchen had everything we need (this is the best feature). Nakapagluto kami which helped us saved a lot on food. SUPER CLEAN. COMFY BED. APPROACABLE STAFF. We will surely book again when we come back.

It's not located right by White Beach or the busy areas, so you’ll need to take an e-trike to get around — but honestly, that’s part of the charm. The family suites are fantastic. The units are huge with two bedrooms, each has large king beds, kitchen, living area. The room is cleaned everyday. It is a great place for a family stay. It is walking distance to the beach and even d'mall. The complimentary breakfast buffet is a treat as well. The rooftop pool is also a plus.

Excellent and quiet place. Good information to take the Hop on hop off shuttle going all around the island, especially from Boracay jettyport to the Oceanway place. Very helpful.

We had a bad previous experience as we were scammed out of $500 by a fictional property in Borocay (note: even though I brought this to bookings.com's attention, that property was still on their site weeks later, so caveat emptor). We were glad to book Franky's after that experience. The best thing about Franky's is the live-in attendant Roy and his lovely family. He was always available to help during power-cuts or with booking transport and the fact they live on the property added to our sense of security when we went out. The property is exactly as photographed and there are three spacious bedrooms and a living area. We were easily able to self-cater and there are small supermarkets very nearby with malls a short trike-ride away. There is also a small beach which has two great restaurants. The property is on a hillside with a main road at the bottom and we could usually pick up a trike there. It is a very quiet neighborhood but only 10-15 mins by trike from the touristy area so it was ideal for a family.

Everything is as shown on the pictures: The beautiful apartment, the two comfy bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen left nothing to be desired. We simply enjoyed our stay. A highlight is the big terrace with outdoor seating -- a place to chill out after the beach activities.
