I had such a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating and even took the time to show me around the space so I knew where everything was. She replies really fast and was always ready to help with anything I needed. The unit is fully furnished—you pretty much have everything you need, from kitchen essentials to toiletries, which made the stay super convenient. I was the first guest in this beautiful, thoughtfully designed apartment, and the stay exceeded expectations. Everything was brand new, spotless, and fully equipped—kitchen had stainless steel cookware, quality bedding and bath, two TVs, and fast Wi-Fi. The space is cozy and functional, with a peaceful vibe and smart layout. Located on a high floor, the unit gets decent natural light without direct sun, but humidity remains. Balcony faces an extremely busy road, so traffic noise (mostly sirens) can be heard well into the night sometimes which might be an issue for those who sleep lightly, though soundproofing is generally effective. It’s perfect for solo travelers or couples; groups larger than two might find it a bit tight. The location is good - close to BGC malls and Estancia for shopping, dining, and essentials. The on-site convenience store is handy for basic stuff but overpriced and limited in healthy food choices. The condo has a water refilling station and water container provided by the host. Pool use has a fee, and gym access requires a minimum 30-day stay with lots of paperwork to accomplish. The building block is relatively new and secure with friendly staff. It's also pet-friendly, though pet waste odors are noticeable in many common areas. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again if need be.
