Hotels with Parking in Piapi

Good location near Rizal Boulevard, very helpful staff (assisted us with calling vans/petty cabs for transportation), good complimentary breakfast (they even packed us to-go breakfasts when we left early one morning for an excursion). Rooms and property were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the mini gym with a beautiful view of the sea.

I liked the service very friendly. Deaf friendly too! Great place to stay by the ocean

The beds were so comfortable and the staff were all lovely, we had a really fun beer pong night and the manager allowed us to do karaoke as well which was so fun I would highly recommend here!!

Convenient location in Dumaguette but tired building

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay

The host was brilliant and very accommodating. The location is great and the unit is comfortable.

Very comfortable bed , clean , great facilities, big tv . Nice stay !

Liked the room . Very clean .

Thank Ma'am Ann and Sir Mike. They are very accommodating. Nice place and safe.

Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff and a nice pool. The food was very tasty as well.

What I like most in this hotel are the staff. From the security guard who greeted us in the entrance door and the front desk are all friendly. Checking in went smooth. The room is in decent size, it's clean, the bed are well made and comfortable and the bathroom are full of amenities. We did a late service request and the staff came quick. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent, not much to choose from but good enough as complimentary for the price that we paid. I like the location which is in the heart of downtown walking distsnce to restaurants and shops.

Our stay at Florentina Homes was an absolute highlight of our honeymoon in Dumaguete. The place truly exceeded our expectations—it felt like something out of a fairytale, with its charming atmosphere and beautiful decor. The front desk and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and they made our trip so much smoother with their helpful service. The property is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to go shopping or explore the area. We also really enjoyed the free access to the swimming pool, as well as the complimentary airport and port transfers. Another plus was being able to book tours directly through them—we arranged our trips to see the dolphins in Bais and the whale sharks, which was incredibly convenient. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you once again to the entire team at Florentina Homes for making our honeymoon so special!

Clean room and super friendly staff

Breakfast bar really improved since 2022 when I last stayed - it was under construction then

The unique design of the rooms

Everything! We always go here when we go back home to the philippines. We even stayed here for our wedding back in 2025!

The exceptional teams in every department and their willingness to meet the individual needs of the guests. The vision of services as this new hotel transitions from its “soft opening”, into a fully operational and leading hotel in Dumaguete.

Clean, friendly staff, close to everything.

Staff was awesome. They all were on every detail and super friendly
