The location of the property was exceptional. There are so many amenities nearby, from restaurants, shopping malls, public markets, and easy access to public transport. The resident is also located in a very secure and safe sub division with 24-hour gated security. Also, Sylvia, our host, was very accommodating. She was just a call or a text away, and she would help you out with anything. She also lived nearby, so it was very convenient.

I love the location..The Family room is so spacious and clean.. The aircon is superb . IT'S SAFE.. Kudos to their worker,he waited for us to arrive late at night coz we go visit NGC at night.. Thank you so much..Free breakfast is good and big serving.. Overall good service.. Their restaurant foods taste good. We enjoyed our stay and we like their food. We will come back again here and would love to recommend this place to our friends and other family..

Dislikes: Old hotel, far outside the centre. Extremely noisy in the mornings from 4am - very little soundproofing between rooms. Likes: staff are extremely friendly. Very clearly the place to go locally to hold your event, one of the best ive seen anywhere to hold so many at once: 3 big weddings, 3 large birthday parties and 4 other celebration events on ONE day. Overall: good for an event, but only stay if youre at the event itself, for the night of the event. There are nicer more modern hotels available for a more comfortable stay in Bacolod.

Excellent condo, its a new building and well designed. Comfortable and furbished completely. The location is great and safe. Close to the night market/food/coffee would definitely recommend.
