Great location close to Kotelnica Białczańska ski resort, bus stops around to Zakopane, Nowy Targ and Kraków, supermarkets around, tennis table and playroom for children inside, ice rink across street.

Unlimited access to Terma Bania. It really makes a difference. Selection of saunas, relax area with a pool bar, a number of pool attractions (like whirlpool). Entire hotel is pretty new, really well designed in realistic highlander style. It even has a room with top shelf PCs and VR headsets.

First time stay here, but the staff first of all was amazing, the value for the money, the overall look and feeling, facilities where plenty we did not even manage to take full advantage of them, the breakfast was amazing, the restaurant options as well, excelently done as for the price it felt cheap for what it offered. The apartment was great, it had all that is needed for a family, fully equiped. Somehow it's even better than it looks. We will return for sure.

Architecture of building may let you feel like you returned to childhood some winter fairy tale. Both exterior and interior are amazing. Comfortable apartments for 2 adults and 2 kids. Hight quality restaurant nearby, recommended to local restaurant for lunch: Pavlov, pierogi, tartar top selection.

We really enjoyed our time in Hotel Bystra and think it’s one of the best choices in Białka Tatrzańska. A big plus is that the building is made of stone rather than wood, so the soundproofing between rooms is actually good and you don't hear the neighbors. The hotel has a lift, a nice bar, and a solid SPA area. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, and there’s a playroom which is handy if you have kids. The location is very convenient: just a 5-minute walk to Terma Bania down a straightforward path. The staff were friendly, and the check-in/check-out times were reasonable and didn't feel rushed. Overall, a very comfortable stay with children.

The room was so comfortable, perfect for a group of 4. Close location to Terma Bania. Only 30 min to Zakopane. The spa was absolutely brilliant The kids loved it playing in the pool after hikes.

Appartment was very nice, near to the ski lifts and telmal park. Pool with hot water was a nice plus :)

Breakfast was verry good, our room was clean, big enaugh and we felt there so good.

Perfect location. Small but comfortable and very warm room. There were totally enough and different options to have in breakfast, so everyone could find something to eat. Very friendly and open staff, although they did not speak in english or russian good, we could communicate and all was fine. Big benefit is their ski rent house, where we could leave our staff and they could offer a english speaking ski lessons.

Location is great, breakfast was fine. It is extremally clean, and they have the coolest dog always around.

Everything is perfect, from the moment we arrived we where super impressed, The hosts are lovely. The loacation is ideal,everything is 2 mins away. I miss it so much....

Very nice place with great breakfast. Not busy at all during summer season. Some places in hotel looks like in the nature museum, though sensitive animal lovers might be a bit unhappy :)

We liked everything - great location, room and food (breakfast and dinner). Close to Bania’s termal and ski facilities. Ski rental place just outside the hotel.
