Great location close to Kotelnica Białczańska ski resort, bus stops around to Zakopane, Nowy Targ and Kraków, supermarkets around, tennis table and playroom for children inside, ice rink across street.

Well, well, well... I haven't written the words I'm writing now for a long time. Let me start by saying that this hotel is wonderful and the rooms are large, spacious (be sure to get a room with a balcony), the beds are comfortable, the blankets are fluffy and cozy, the pillows are super soft. The breakfast is fantastically varied and delicious. And the next day there are new options. The only complaint is the quality of the coffee - hey, hotel bosses, go to the Circle K gas station and buy coffee there and it's 2x better than what's offered at the hotel. Why when everything else is so great? Throw your coffee machines out the window and buy the same ones as theirs. With the same coffee beans. I wasn't the only one who was upset about this. I saw and heard several people complaining. Let's continue with the positive - the water park is great. Everything is great, the only wish would be that there could be at least one pool where the water is not 30+ degrees, but, for example, 26 degrees. That would be pleasantly refreshing on a hot day. Kudos to the staff too - fast, polite, efficient and most importantly - their smiles were genuine, not fake. The hotel administration is clearly on the right track and it is worth flying here from thousands of kilometers away.

Everything was perfect. Room was big, clean and and super cozy. We had a view to mountains. Breakfast was incredible, many choices, very tasty food.

We loved the cleaning and the modernism of the aparthotel. We had everything we need in the room. Thw beds are confortable if you like to be soft bed. The couch in the living room is harder but comfortable. The location is very quiet. Very close to the slopes 4-5 minutes with car. The food at the restaurant is very good. The breakfast is full with a lot of sortiments. In the lobby is very nice they have lots of drinks and very good deserts. The spa is very clean and confortable and modern

It‘s warm! Even with lots of minuses outside the room and the entire hotel was always warm and comfy. The restaurant was great and the breakfast is one of the best and richest we have ever enjoyed anywhere. A few things I did not find in the description, but are worth mentioning: The hotel provides bathrobes and pool towels. There is a ski room with lockers and boot dryers/warmers.

The hotel is clean and the wellness is probably one of the best I have ever seen. Breakfast was fantastic. It was served untill 10:00, but it was 9:45 and the crew has still added fresh food on the table. Absolutely great attitude. Clean room and nice bathrooms.

The hotel is clean and well equipped, with gym and billiards. The breakfast has a lot of options and changes slightly every day. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Terma Bania and largest ski resort and you can book Terma Bania ticket through the front desk for a discount, which is really nice. The staffs are warm and friendly, the restaurant on the ground floor is better than expected, I ordered pork neck and honey raspberry beer and they are absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful hotel. New, modern, well equipped, very well-designed. Brilliant location, pool and jacuzzi. Super calm and lovely area. Huge space on the territory of the hotel. A lot of parking spots. Nice breakfast

Everything was perfect, location, area, room! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

Perfect location. Small but comfortable and very warm room. There were totally enough and different options to have in breakfast, so everyone could find something to eat. Very friendly and open staff, although they did not speak in english or russian good, we could communicate and all was fine. Big benefit is their ski rent house, where we could leave our staff and they could offer a english speaking ski lessons.

Location is great, breakfast was fine. It is extremally clean, and they have the coolest dog always around.

We liked everything - great location, room and food (breakfast and dinner). Close to Bania’s termal and ski facilities. Ski rental place just outside the hotel.

Nice and quiet and only a 10 min walk to the slopes.
