It's incredible. Feels like sleeping in a historical castle from 17th century. Having breakfast in the dining room feels like being a lord from old times. Great experience. Great breakfast. The host is also a pleasure to meet. There's also a common room with TV, chess board, billiard and more - again in a very elegant setting. Would come back anytime.

The property felt like luxury accommodation in the mountains. I stayed here as I was competing in a local trail race, Estrela Grande Trail, and it was perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular, Rafael. All meals and the breskfast were great each day.

We stopped by while traveling to Lisbona from Spain. It was a wonderful surprise. A beautiful spot in the middle of the nature. The apartment was perfectly clean and warming. The hotel has a large pool to enjoy and relax during your stay. Breakfast is complete with both sweets and salty food.

Lovely hotel that was reasonably priced & a great location for town with bars & restaurants with in a 7 to 10 min walk. Very helpful staff & ample parking directly outside. Absolutely amazing views all around the hotel.
