Although I didn't ask for it there was a cot placed in the room. We didn't use it, my kid is bigger and can't fit in anymore, but it was really thoughtful to prepare it. Also there was water which after a long road trip in the 36 Celsius degrees was a life saver.

I could check in online and open everything (gates, reception, hotel room door etc) from the app with 0 human contact. I did enjoy this aspect as sometimes I don't feel chatty. Staff has excellent attention to detail and proactive learning of your preference, so everything you want is just a minute away.

Two days before our arrival, the owner reached out to me with helpful information, and continued to do so the day before and on the day of our booking. He gave me clear instructions a day in advance on how to access the property and called on the day of check-in to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is fantastic! The apartment boasts high-end appliances, including two washing machines, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, air conditioner, and TV. The towels were incredibly large, fluffy, and of high quality. The amenities provided were impressive: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, ear tips, cotton pads, micellar water, and even body cream. The place had everything, right down to coffee and coffee milk. I am traveling often and I must say I'm genuinely impressed by the quality of this apartment and how well everything was organized, prepared, and kept clean. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers, and special thanks to whoever prepared the rooms. We will definitely be coming back!
