The apartment is excellent located near public transportation, both bus and subway stations are in front of the building so you are minutes away from the city center; cozy, well-equipped and very quiet when you are inside has the perfect layout for spending time alone or with family. Within walking distance there are some groceries stores like Mega Image or Carrefour Market. The owners are very nice, helpful and friendly and there when you need them. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures, clean and with brand new kitchen appliances. Highly recommend this apartment!

Nice place to stay for several days. Quiet area with private buildings, subway station and two parks are nearby. I rented the room. It was on the second floor. The bathroom was on the floor, the next door. Everything was perfectly clean. Wifi was good enough to work remotely. Room has big comfortable bed and wardrobe. It would be nice to have table and chair, but the room is not so big for that. Kichen is on the first floor. I also have the space in fridge for food. It would be great to have electric kettle to have hot tea quickly. No one disturbed me during the night and day. Very polite guy gave the key and answer all my questions. Good variant to stay for one or two person at a very good price.
