The apartment was relatively clean and renovated (as of July 2026). Everything functioned well. Each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen hall combo is pretty roomy and is suitable for parties.

Exceptional staff who make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Having access to both indoor and outdoor pools is a huge plus, and the spa is top-notch. Overall, a genuinely relaxing experience for both the mind and body.

Everything was perfect. The room, shared areas and swimming pool were very clean. The room was comfortable and everything seemed new. The swimming pool is heated so you can always enjoy it. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The views from the villa are beautiful, you're close to nature but it's only a 10 minute drive to shops/restaurants etc. We had a great time and we would love to come back!

We spent 9 nights at this wonderful villa and had a fantastic stay! We were 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs. The property is fully fenced, which was perfect for our dogs to run freely and safely. The huge swimming pool, beautiful terrace with a BBQ, ice-making fridge, sauna and wood-fired hot tub were all fantastic. There are also lovely places to walk with the dogs nearby, and several interesting towns are within easy reach. Everything was perfect, and we would happily come back. Highly recommended! ❤️

The houses are completely new built. Big common area where you can prepare yourself coffee, tea etc (provided by the hosts). It is even possible to do barbecue if you inform the hosts in time. Pool area is very beautiful with a lot of sitting / laying options. We ordered food on the evening with the help of the hosts. The family is so nice and friendly. The young lady was so helpful and speaks English very well.

Wonderful location with the Olt river looming in the dark beneath the window, perfectly quiet room, very comfortable beds, incredible breakfast, very nice staff.

Un sejur excelent la Casa Magda. Locația este foarte potrivită pentru câteva zile de relaxare în Călimănești, aproape de Căciulata, Cozia și de principalele atracții din zonă. Camera a fost curată, confortabilă și bine întreținută, cu baie proprie, ceea ce contează foarte mult pentru confort. Ne-a plăcut și faptul că pensiunea are bucătărie, curte spațioasă, zonă de grătar și o atmosferă liniștită, potrivită atât pentru cupluri, cât și pentru familii sau grupuri. Un mare plus este gazda: foarte profesionistă, atentă la detalii, comunicare clară și rapidă, disponibilă să ajute fără să deranjeze. Se vede că locul este administrat cu grijă și seriozitate. Recomand Casa Magda pentru cine caută cazare curată, liniștită și bine organizată în Călimănești. Cu siguranță aș reveni.

Charming place, elegant and luxurious ambiance, perfect for those seeking a memorable cozy experience. Beautiful gardens, exceptional services and breakfast, attention to details in everything they do.

The facility was nice and clean. Its not the best facility regarding the conditions for sleep and stay but for the money which I paid it's decent.. Furniture, frigde and tv were decent.

It was a perfect place for a night in transit. We just needed a bed to sleep.

Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was great especially during weekends. Alla carte menu was variated with plenty of good options and good desert. Spa met expectations both indoor and outdoor. Clean room, big and warm.

We booked this holiday in the beginning of the year hopping the weather would be nice, the opposite most of the days were rainy. Good for us the pool at the property was covered so we were able to enjoy the thermal pool each day. The people at the hotel are so friendly we felt like home. There was complimentary coffee, tea and small breakfast each day. The lady that cooks for the hotel deserves congratulations as everything we ate was excellent!

Location calme easy to reach anywhere in the city, also for a shirt walk in the forest; excellent breakfast

Everything in the hotel was up to standard. I recommend it.
