The hotel it’s very nice and modern , staff are professional and friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed just amazing , one of the best beds I have seen in a hotel . The room was quite big as well .

The friendly welcome from reception and the continued excellent and helpful service for the whole of our stay. We appreciated the help given to organise our trip to the monasteries around Suceava The apartment we stayed was huge airy and comfortable. Very good value for money.

I came one hour earlier (9 a.m.) and it was not a problem for the hotel to change my arrival time. Man who answered me by phone talked English (French and Italian) - I was surprised of his education and kindness. I spent very good time at the hotel from the beginning till the end. A quiet, peaceful place. The apartment has everything you need. The owner allowed us to check in early.

The hotel is furnished tastefully in a boutique style. My room was a pleasure to spend time in: spacious, bright and elegant, with large comfortable bed and pillows, a balcony and a very large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower. The reception staff were kind and friendly, going out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. They arranged a private taxi tour of the famous painted monasteries (which I would highly recommend). The hotel does not serve breakfast, however, there are several cafes and restaurants in the town centre, which was a 3 minute walk away. Alice Villa is in a very handy location in a quiet, leafy part of town close to all amenities. I was sad to leave!

I liked the apartment completely.

The apartment is gorgeous, very new and comfortable. It is right next to grocery stores, has a parking lot. Also it is quiet and good for a night rest with a child.
