Not at all mainstream and a very interesting and unusual place to stay. Excellent and characterful decor in our room, plus a massive comfortable bed and a delightful bathroom. Breakfast was fine and prepared for us the night before by the helpful host. Really pleased that we were offered off street parking for our car. The place was very quiet indeed (deserted) when we visited though there are function rooms downstairs that no doubt will be busy at times.

The breakfast was home made: freshly baked bread rolls and croissants! And wonderful coffee! The room was actually a bungalow, very spacious, especially the bathroom. View on horses and prairie!

I had a very nice stay, a couple of days delayed because of an accident with my car. Great service, thank you! It’s an historical old house. The old furniture and Royal pictures on the wall had a funky blend with interior mixed in black & strong colours. The lady proprietor is a retired designer. The Kvidingemonument is just up the road. There’s private parking and the house is only a 2 min walk from the railway station.
