The room was clean, included breakfast big and great, staff was soo kind and friendly, we really enjoyed our stay here! The place is so peacefull at night you can only hear a river that is across the street, beautiful nature!

È stato tutto perfetto, difficile trovare qualcosa di negativo. Il cottage è ideale per una vacanza in total relax. La posizione eccellente, molto tranquilla, permette di staccarsi per un po' dalla quotidianità. La casa in se è moderna e di classe oltre che accogliente in ogni sua parte, ho adorato qualsiasi punto della casa, inoltre non manca niente all'interno. Un posto ideale per fare digital detox (o studiare isolandosi come abbiamo fatto noi). I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. È una fortuna avere loro come proprietari in quanto con loro si ha la possibilità di provare una (eccellente) selezione di vini sloveni. Già non vedo l'ora di tornarci un'altra volta!

Spacious studio with comfy queen sized bed, plenty of kitchen utensils and extras to make our stay easier: one of the best we've stayed. Many thanks to the friendly host who let us in early on a rainy day and directed us to local restaurants and supermarkets. Good wifi and smart tv made for a pleasant stop over.

The price was worth it for the food alone. I've never had food with such incredibly well-balanced seasoning, combined with the freshness of the local vegetables and meats. The seasoning brings forward the best part of the essential taste of the vegetables (Kohlrabi, for example, that is not bitter in the least, but fresh and lively), while also complementing the essential taste to a respectful degree. California cuisine is something that I eat frequently; this purports to showcase fresh, local vegetables in a similar fashion, but nothing I've had there for any price comes close to this. It was easily the best vegetable soup, fresh bread, and lamb I've ever had. The locale is idyllic, relaxed, and verdant. Three nights of this for less than half the price a single night's stay in a more expensive location (for example, Kitzbühel, where I am now).

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the cottage. The owners met me with the keys along with some food and wine from their farm. Delicious! Looking forward to going back with the wife in 2024!

We stayed here for one night and had breakfast the next morning. The apartment was spacious and modern with all the necessary facilities available and extra (for example the microwave). The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. We had two bedrooms with four single beds. The only minus point which isn't necessarily that bad is that air conditioning is only in the living room. However, because the local climate I guess opening the window at night would have been enough to keep the room cool enough for sleeping. Or keeping the two bedroom doors open while the air conditioning is cooling out the main room. The staff when we arrived were friendly. There is a restaurant at the premises where we had late dinner and there were a local band singing really nice to a couple of tables which was really nice to witness. The highlight was the breakfast! Our table was already set and it looked like a big buffet with everything you could possibly want to eat and we were also offered eggs and cooked sausages. This sort of hospitality gave us the Balkans vibes. The location was as expected, a bit far from the motorway but once we were there we could see that a bakery was only a few meters away from the property and there were supermarkets and other restaurants which we didn't have time to visit. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and a super friendly owner and staff so we would gladly stay here again.

We slept one night on our travel through. Great hosts. We had a really late arrival, but the host waited us. The apartment was spacious with nice 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms etc. Free parking available. It was a great value for the money. I recommend it, to anyone.

A big family house located in a quiet area in a wine region of Slovenia. Comfortable and well appointed. Half way between Ljubliana and Zagreb, the location allows easy access to both capital cities. The hosts are amazing! They treated us to a sampling of their wine and liquor, as well as a wonderful home made deli plate. Huge and so tasty. Matej speaks German, and his son English; easy communication all the way. We strongly recommend Na Hribu as a base to explore the region. Fantastic baker in Dvor!
