We have been staying here for 11 days, and our experience has been wonderful. The food is different every day, and although during an 11-day stay it's normal to eat some dishes more than once, they are never repeated on consecutive days, so the variety is really good. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the housekeeping staff also refill the bottled water daily, which we really appreciated. The reception team is amazing. We lost our room key, and they replaced it immediately without any hassle. The managers are always around, greeting guests and asking if everything is okay, which makes you feel genuinely cared for. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed very quickly. The swimming pool is spotless, and both the beach and the sea are very well maintained. The beach staff are wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, we have had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive vacation. We would be happy to come back in the future!
