The hotel is very authentic, cozy and beautiful. We booked three bed room, and they also provided extra bed for our kids. The garden and pool area looks very neat and beautiful. The room is clean. The breakfast was wonderful! Very close to Efesus Ancient ruins city

Fantastic value for money hotel in Selçuk. Big parking nearby, so easy to reach Ephesus from here by car in 5 minutes. Beautiful, big, clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast.

comes with great breakfast and a good view. room was spacious. very conveniently located, short drive from Ephesus so even after the night visit, it wasnt dreadful or hard to find the hotel. staff was very helpful with the parking and the luggage move. would have love to stay longer to explore the surrounding museums.

Hadi was incredible, he was so kind with me even he spoke to me in Spanish what brilliant guy also the owner of the hotel was so nice he allowed me to stay with me in the lobby until my bus arrived. Definitely I will return there!! Thanks a lot!!

What we liked the most about the facility was its location and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were very clean, organised and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we felt at home. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the local products were very pleasant. Also, the tranquillity and nature of the facility was really relaxing. It is definitely a place we will prefer again.

Hotel is managed by a family which is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. Hotel has an incredibly beautiful architecture and garden. Location is excellent to quickly reach out to Selcuk and touristic spots. The breakfast is top.

The staff Nurcan was really really nice. When we got there, she prepared fruit plates and drinks for us. The room was really tidy and comfortable. The breakfast also had a lot of choices compared to other hotel.

I was traveling with a group of colleagues from the Technical University of Vienna, and we stayed for one week. In the mornings, we all enjoyed the traditional Turkish breakfast (bread, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, and butter), which comes with either chay or coffee. The accommodation was great, and the staff was really nice.

Excellent location: 5 minutes walk from bus terminal and 8 minutes walk from Railway station. The receptionist was really helpful. The rooms are quiet, because the windows are made of absorbing control glass. You can have free bottle water and cup water from hotel.

I was having some doubts due to being newly listed in the booking but it was an exceptional stay. Great staff who were really kind, polite, and helpful. They tried to help me discover around Ephesus. Got a delightful Turkish-style breakfast with tasteful Turkish tea. The bed was brand new so was very comfortable. I was alone so the room size was enough. It was quiet at night.

We loved our stay at Pikan. The quite street was just a short walk from the main road of Selçuk, and just across there were plenty of local restuarants to check out. We were also roughly a 15 minute walk to the Temple of Artemis, <10 minute walk to St. John's Basilica, and maybe a 10 minute drive to Ephesus—you could not ask for a better location. It was very easy to leave our car on the street directly in front of the hotel. No matter the time of day or night, there was always a spot to leave the car (and it felt incredibly safe to do so). The breakfast each morning was plentiful, and the woman cooking for us was so kind. The prowling cats were a nice touch as well. The room itself was pretty standard—pretty much all you could ask for in a hotel room.

The owner is friendly, but loud. The breakfast is good. You get a plate of bread and toppings (choco, honey, jam, ham and cheese) beside with also vegetables and a cooked egg besides. The lady also once asked to clean our room and change our towels.
