Everything. This was a stop over on the way to Fethiye and WOW what a stay Bulent the owner before we even set off had communicated with us to ensure if our needs were met. When first meeting when arrived you just knew that Bulent is a honest hard working individual that wanted to make our stay PERFECT and WOW did he deliver. This is an old villa over 100 years old but with such a homely arora. The pool was well looked after and perfect again. Asking Bulent for ideas to visit we had discovered that his job is tours and as we had our own car suggested off beaten areas whare we could visit that normal tourists would not know of. This has to be the most impressive overnight stay that we as frequent travellers have ever enjoyed. Thank you Bulent I will be back on our travels and this will be our overnight stop every time as we have never ever felt this relaxed and hosted in this incredible way that you have communicated and treated us

Very nice pension with a great location directly at the river in Dalyan. You can even take a boat-taxi to the beach from there (about a 30 minute ride, though) for little money. Good service, in the evening you can sit down at the bar and have a nice chat with Levent, the owner, who gets help from his daughters and wife, too. All very nice people with a positive attitude. The view is great, too, and as all pensions there, they are friendly to stray cats.

Our stay was super nice, staff couldn't have been nicer and helped us with everything we needed, recomending and booking tours to enjoy the area, turkish breakfast was great and super big, room and swiming pool were nice and as shown in pictures, location was great just 5 minute walk from downtown, and a great value for money

The staff was extremely kind. I arrived quite late and even so they prepared some food for me. Score 10 for the host! The terrace is large; there is a large TV in the bar. I'm sorry that I didn't know that I would find these conditions here because I was taking 2 more days to stay with them (I did a tour of about 4000 km through Turkey). The pool is great, very beautiful, both during the day but especially at night, excellently lit. Next to the pool there are canopies and deckchairs. Lots of flowers and well-kept vegetation. It's a little paradise! I recommend everyone to come and stay several days here, it's gorgeous!
