Nice location away from the popular tourist spots - that’s what we were looking. It was pretty hot so it was great to have pool, which was great by the way. We also liked the hospitality of the property owner, who cared to serve a greeting dish - very much appreciated after long trip. He was also very helpful with recommendations around beaches, stores, restaurants, and must-see places. Definitely recommend this property!

The town of Köyceğiz is an ideal location for a longer stay in southern Turkey, and the villa itself is in a quiet place, but it is right next to the city center, 200 meters from the lake. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The villa has everything you need, it is clean and comfortable. We rented the villa with two families and everyone had plenty of space and privacy. We felt at home there. The pool is large and great, the children had a lot of fun. The owner is very communicative and nice, speaks excellent English, lives nearby and tries to help in every situation. He knows the area very well, is a local guide and gives very good advice on what to see in the area. He helped us with the car by arranging a local mechanic when our air conditioning broke down. Everything was ok. We are thinking of going back there for a vacation someday.

Staff were lovely great position near everything

Absolutely charming villas right in the heart of a lovely village by Lake Köyceğiz. They have everything needed for comfortable living. Brand-new appliances, everything for washing and ironing, cooking, a dishwasher, and a large, convenient fridge. Each room has a modern air conditioner, so the villa stays comfortable in any weather—even if you visit off-season when it's cool. Inside the villas, it's incredibly spacious, with a huge living area and a roomy bathroom. What's especially important is the top-notch cleaning; it feels like you're staying in a spotlessly clean place. Each villa has its own terrace with a table and grill area. The grounds are beautifully landscaped featuring a heated pool with impeccably clean water — the hosts check and maintain its quality daily — and an orange grove, whose fruits the hosts use to welcome guests. One of the hosts, Peter, greeted us and was always there to help — a very pleasant and caring man who stayed in touch, offered advice about the area, provided everything we asked for, and delighted us every day with his friendliness and hospitality. The stay includes an absolutely fantastic breakfast prepared by the villa staff. It's so delicious and abundant that during our time there, we never ate lunch anywhere else—the breakfast was enough for two meals, both breakfast and lunch. It was here that we first tried and fell in love with menemen—a Turkish dish made with eggs and vegetables, a wonderful alternative to the usual scrambled eggs. Special mention goes to the excellent, convenient covered parking for guests — super practical and comfortable. One of the best places we've stayed in Turkey; it combines the perks of renting your own home with the care and comfort of a good-class hotel. We'll definitely return if we're in the region again.
