Fresh renovated. Everything looks fine and works good.

The hospitality by the owners, design of the room which is very Japanese. The communal area had a futsal table and books for browsing - a fun and cosy space for us. The home-made porridge breakfast was tasty and healthy. Room was big and quiet, toilet had ample space for toiletries and clothes.

Extremely beautifully decorated

The hotel is stunning. I was particularly impressed by the space and comfort of my room, with private onsen on the patio. Staff is very kind and helpful. Japanese restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced for the price. The spa is fantastic too. There isn't much to do on foot around, but people come there mostly to enjoy the facilities of the great resort. Free bikes to rent and at least 3 konbini on walking distance

The room is pretty big. The bathroom is also pretty big. The room itself doesn't have kitchen, but they have public kitchen. Check in & out is very easy. I checked in late but the staff accommodated out arrival

The guesthouse is located in a vert quiet neighborhood, surrounded by rice fields. We stayed there for two nights. Every morning we opened the curtains and heard beautiful singing from birds outside our balcony.

This was the BEST place I have stayed at in Taiwan! The host was sooo kind! She made sure my room was warm before I arrived as it is cold now in Taiwan. She explained all the facilities to me. When I left the host actually took time to arrange a taxi for me and even paid the driver on my behalf! She also gave me cookies and made me a fresh coffee in the morning. So kind! This is the best place! Thank you so much I will be back again! ❤️

There were 16 of us. Despite some miscommunication on provision of baby cot at the start, the host made an effort to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was delicious, beds comfortable and rooms were clean and spacious. The live music at breakfast was indeed delightful!

Superb location, just right opposite the train station, comfortable room, good breakfast provided, walking distance to night market.

the rooms have been renoved so everything was new and clean. much better than expected. the staff were especially friendly and helpful and provided many useful information about the area. the hotel is close to the bus terminal, but a bit farther away from the center of the town.

It was a gorgeous place, maintained so well by Chin. She's a lovely woman, who runs the place herself, and takes so much efforts to ensure everything is just perfect. She understands English and helped us with so many things that we didn't even ask for and even said she will continue to help us on whatsapp should we encounter any issues when we reach Alishan.
