Very professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, calming and relaxing hot springs, a private hot spring bath at our balcony with a magnificent view ( we stayed on 7th floor) was a bonus! The hotel provides a free bike rental and a free carpark, both very convenient for us. We did some shopping at their cosmetic minishop ( a herbal hand cream will remind me about this relaxing stay). Thank you for your hospitality!

Breakfast was insanely extensive; never seen anything like it. Great! And the children's area was the highlight of the whole trip for my son. The pools were delightful.

The location was not too far from the train station. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. I would like to specially mention the great variety at their buffet breakfast and this was something above my expectations.

Honestly I was really surprised by this place. The kind staff picked us up from the station for free, gave us a free upgrade of our room (which was an insane room by the way), did our laundry for us for free and drove us to the station when we left. The room was spotless and it had a large hot spring with a TV attached, not to mention the two high quality PCs next to our bed. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Also they have English support, but on the ground staff only speak Mandarin. Their English support is fluent, so no need to worry.
