Everything is perfect here. Food is excellent. Location is great

Stay was awsome with family had a todler with us and there were great kitchen suit to heat and prepare his basic food

The was coffee but no tea bags, the location was great and very easy to access

great location if you prefer quiet suburban stays or if you have friends or business in the area. super clean, comfortable bed, luxurious private bathroom, great host.

I was a little sceptical about this hotel but was I wrong- The staff were absolutely brilliant so friendly and approachable, both of the lady receptionist were lovely, one of them was from England. The hotel has an accessible swimming pool which was brilliant. The cleaners were brilliant the rooms were spotless for the price you pay and the rooms were spacious as well.

What a superb hotel!!! Far exceeded my expectations for this type of lodging. It has a pool and a gym and custom made breakfasts, along with some of the best croissants in the US. The room was quiet and clean; the bathroom (especially the shower) well designed and the staff extremely helpful and couerteous (especially the ladies in the breakfast room). Lots of free parking available. I shall stay here in my future visits to the Portland area.

Everything was wonderful but breakfast was exceptional. Quite possibly the best, concise, yet perfect selection available ever.

Great location, friendly and helpful front desk workers, room was clean.

The room was spotless and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great location, easy parking, clean and spacious room

Clean, large rooms in a good location.

bed king size it's the best

Beautiful place. No issues. Everything that was promised was provided.

Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Rooms were awesome, it was like a tiny studio apartment. Beds were super comfy and the shower was really nice and had consistent hot water. And they let me have my doggy with me :)

The room was clean and furnishings updated. Having a couch, mini-frig, microphone wave and multiple, accessible electrical plugs was handy. nice as was the desk extension. The hotel was relatively quiet, and had a pleasant courtyard, bar, pool, spa, and exercise room. The staff was friendly. Pool towels were beach towel sized rather than worn out small, bath towels.

Brand new, all really clean and well laid out.

Easy to get to, food options next door, plenty of parking

Relaxing stay with Onsen and comfortable beds. Very spacious rooms. The staff was kind. I can recommend the breakfast. Has the feel of a hotel in Japan. Looking forward to the outdoor onsen opening and will be returning

The breakfast was excellent and as a bonus included in the room rate. I liked the staff who were friendly and helpful. I live in area but abroad for now so it was good to come home. I also learned that I can get a 11% discount as I am a local resident which I will used the next time.
