The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It also wasn’t too far from Berkeley. I also liked that it had a good sized pool.

I had to move in and out a few times, and she was incredibly flexible, going above and beyond to arrange everything for mr and accommodate my needs, and I really appreciated her efforts. Vanessa was not only professional but also personable and funny, making me feel welcome and valued. It’s clear she truly knows how to treat customers. Thanks to her, my stay was so much smoother and enjoyable. I’ll definitely stay here again should I come to Oakland , and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her outstanding service.

It was clean comfortable and the staff was awesome

The room was bigger than I expected, the bed was comfortable. The room had iron+ironing board, microwave, hairdryer, fridge, coffee machine, safe. Big TV with many different channels. The room was on the first floor, the area is nice, but can be a bit loud sometimes at night, parking is available for hotel guest. The bathroom was nice and it had several towels Everything was nice and clean. The staff were really nice and helpful! :) There was not much food for breakfast (Orange or apple juice from a machine), coffee, no milk. Bit of toast bread and butter/jam. Breakfast cereals were available too. But a Trader Joe's shop is nearby as well as a gas station where you can get a quick snack. There are also many little coffee shops and restaurants around.

Location was very central to University. It is in a mixed neighborhood of apartments and small homes. The kitchen was very convenient. I really appreciated such a clean fresh bathroom.
