Place was lovely and clean and tidy. The food at the restaurant and the staff was fantastic

My stay was exceptional from start to finish. The location was perfect, and every interaction; from the front desk to the valet and doorman; was warm and professional. The upstairs bistro was a great touch, and my room, including the bathroom, was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Special thanks to Candy Cook for her outstanding professionalism. Fabulous location as able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We loved getting texts from both front house staff and the valet. We only needed an Uber to get to the zoo. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Amanda in Mavericks. Having a breakfast spot in the hotel was also a bonus.

Lovely big room. The shower was fantastic and the complimentary shower gel and shampoo were amazing! Breakfast was great and loads of choice. All the staff we dealt with were lovely and made us feel very welcome!

The hotel is brand new and clean with a lot of beartuful community service. All the staff are very nice and considerate. They took good care of my musical instrument and helped me a lot. This is a perfect place to stay and it’s so close to UC.

I went to Cincinnati to visit my brother studying at Xavier University, and the location could not have been better. I could easily walk to campus, his house, and a bus stop. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, super comfortable big room. I wish I had stayed longer!

The room was neat, bed was comfortable and the hotel restaurant was really good as well. We had dinner prior to the show we were there to see then stopped in to have drinks later.
