Fabulous location as able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We loved getting texts from both front house staff and the valet. We only needed an Uber to get to the zoo. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Amanda in Mavericks. Having a breakfast spot in the hotel was also a bonus.

My stay was exceptional from start to finish. The location was perfect, and every interaction; from the front desk to the valet and doorman; was warm and professional. The upstairs bistro was a great touch, and my room, including the bathroom, was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Special thanks to Candy Cook for her outstanding professionalism. This property truly exceeded my expectations

Lovely big room. The shower was fantastic and the complimentary shower gel and shampoo were amazing! Breakfast was great and loads of choice. All the staff we dealt with were lovely and made us feel very welcome!

The location of the hotel was great for exploring Cincinnati, and especially for the stadiums (we were visiting to see a Bengals game). The hotel itself is modern and clean. Our room was large and spacious, with a nice seating area for watching TV and a big bed. The shower was absolutely amazing! Staff were kind and friendly.

The room was neat, bed was comfortable and the hotel restaurant was really good as well. We had dinner prior to the show we were there to see then stopped in to have drinks later.

The vallet staff was amazing! Front desk was easy, they let us check in early. The room was nice and clean. Hotel overall was very nice, perfect location to the stadium, plenty of restaurants near by. Would stay agian.

I like that when I arrived I was able to go to my room. And the map provided with nearby stores, restaurants and museums was stellar. I loved the hotel's decor. I also like the fact you needed your room key to activate the elevator which provided me with a sense of security as a single woman traveling alone.
